Jared Williams is the owner, managing broker and managing auctioneer of Auction Plus. His professional career began behind the scenes filming and producing many of the top-rated shows on the Outdoor Channel.
For over 12 years, Jared honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of how to market products, experiences and places to showcase them in their best light. That experience has been the foundation of his career and a great benefit to his clients.
Before creating Auction Plus, Jared transitioned from video production to real estate. Jared had the opportunity to work as a broker that specialized in recreational, agricultural, residential and rural properties.
Now as owner of Auction Plus, Jared has set out to create a service that offers clients the easiest and most effective buying and selling options. Jared and his team will work hard to provide the best marketing strategies and advancements in online sales. Ryan Matzke
Whether you’re looking at a piece of land as an investment or a whitetail paradise—or anything in between, Ryan Matzke is ready to put his knowledge and experience to good use to get the most out of any property and match the right person to the right property.
Ryan resides in Highland, Illinois with his wife, Amanda, and their two sons, Hank and Tucker. When not working, he enjoys hunting whitetails, land management, cooking, trapshooting, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. A seasoned whitetail hunter of more than 25 years, Ryan has developed extensive knowledge when it comes to agriculture, government land programs, habitat management, as well as food plot design and establishment.
Prior to joining Auction Plus, Ryan was a broker for another real estate company, specializing in recreational, agricultural, and rural properties. He has also worked in the agriculture industry as a leader in the company’s R&D, Genetics, and Export departments for the last several years. He got into real estate so that he could combine his passion for land and managing it for its best use along with his innate desire to help people.
